Our methodology is based on the concept that a player must be in very good physical condition in order to compete at a high level. Depending on the level of the player, this process takes time, and a combined system of training is necessary – a system that ensures physical and mental training is present in all training sessions.

Our system of training is based on several factors:

  • Training system includes all components in every training session
  • The components are physical, technical, tactical and mental
  • Which component features most highly depends on the needs of the player
  • Clay-court specific training
  • Movement training for clay and hard courts
  • Intense physical training to prepare for high level of competition
  • Aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, strength and power development
  • Training individually tailored for each player

As part of our service, we provide the following to all our Annual program players:

  • Individual training for each player
  • Individual competition plan
  • Planning and assistance with competition arrangements
  • Accompany players to tournaments
  • Tour coaching
